- Support Group
Customers agree to follow all rules and etiquette detailed by the facilitator and CShell Health. While we will absolutely try our best, we cannot guarantee the complete satisfaction of all attendees. Our website and staff are available to assist to the best of their ability with inquiries.
For accessing support group sessions online, make sure you have a space alone without interruption; a sufficient internet connection via phone, tablet or computer. You must turn on your camera, or else you will not be able to participate.
You agree to arrive and end on time, attend each support group session and stay for the entire time. If you do have any absences/lateness/early departures, please advise us accordingly. A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for late entry. After that, attendees will not be able to join until an intermission (to be determined by the staff when there is an appropriate time to join without interrupting the support group session).
Respect what is shared in support group sessions by listening and not judging. Use appropriate labels and always ask if you are not sure instead of assuming. Do not give advice, fix or interrupt, and take an active and equal share of talking time. The support group sessions are a safe space to be vulnerable and talk from your viewpoint. Ensure you are relating to the here-and-now so that you stay up-to-date for yourself and others instead of focusing on past events.
What you hear in the support group sessions are confidential and private, and should not be shared outside of the support group sessions.
Unless otherwise noted by CShell Health, wear a mask at in-person support group sessions during a public health infectious disease crisis that has airborne transmission and keep a social distance of at least 3 feet. CShell Health is the sole judge of what is defined as a public health infectious disease crisis and may change the social distance and other requirements at any time as deemed necessary, including the use of vaccination and other non-pharmaceutical interventions such as isolation, quarantine and testing.
- Payment
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless the support group session is canceled by CShell Health or you cancel during the grace period. Make payments on time before support group sessions for each payment plan. Late payments will incur fees. Missed sessions are charged.
- Cancellation
Cancellation of one or more support group sessions must be made within the grace period (before the fourth support group session). Once the fourth support group session has begun, the attendee is responsible for the support group payment and shall not be eligible for a refund or credit barring extenuating circumstances.
If there is an extenuating circumstance, such as serious injury or illness, death in the family or some other unforeseen circumstance, support group sessions may be transferred, suspended or exchanged. All requests to do this must be approved with written consent by CShell Health for which CShell Health is the sole judge. CShell Health is not obligated to accommodate any requests for exchange, transfer or suspension of service. Please email info@cshellhealth.com to inquire.
